Hi, I'm Beverley - firstly, may I thank you for taking the time to visit Scruffs and Fluffs.

What made me choose to start my own pet service business was like yourselves, I wanted someone I could trust and rely on to look after my dogs whilst working. My past cocker spaniel had a character in his own right with his little quirky challenging behaviour but, wow, did I adore this little fellow and glad he was part of my family. Now, I have Jet, my gorgeous black Labrador, who has inspired me to involve him in the company logo. I love what I do, walking dogs, and no day is the same come rain or shine.

I can not remember a time in my life when I have never had a pet whether it be a furry, scally or feathery kind. In fact, when I was a child, I remember taking my neighbours' dogs out for long walks on a regular basis, trudging the streets and parks with my furry friends for hours on end; so you could say I started off very young with my long life ambition - becoming a dog walker and caring for pets

I take what I do very seriously and that is why I believe it is extremely important to continuously develop my skills and education in the pet care industry. I am a registered member of the National Association of Registered Pets Sitters and Dog Walkers (NarpsUK) upholding their code of conduct and practice, and recently enhanced my knowledge by completing the NarpsUK Pet Sitting & Dog Walking Business Course, (which also, includes first aid and legislation relating to animal care and dog walking).
